The MaxLine MIM312 gateway connects legacy or proprietary networks to modern building controllers using BACnet TCP. Linux based hardware connects a legacy network interface (TCP or serial) to a BACnet TCP server interface. For over a decade, MaxLine drivers have been used on thousands of sites world-wide.
The MIM312 gateway can be used with FIN Stack to provide connectivity to legacy networks. FIN Stack includes both BACnet client and BACnet server connectors.

Robertshaw Microsmart Version 9.4C and above.

Trend IQ2 Serial Driver.

Trend IQ3 TCP Driver. Supports IQ4, EINC, 3Xtend via Trend network.
